02:55 Oct 4
'Today we’re learning together in the kitchen as we get ready for Passover! Join Marcilia, our public programs coordinator, as she makes Charoset, a sweet, dark-colored paste made of fruits and nuts eaten at the Passover Seder! There are many variations you can make at home, but for today’s recipe we used: – 1 green apple, peeled and diced – 1/2 cup dates, pitted and chopped – 1/2 cup raisins – 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped – 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon – 1 pinch of cardamom – 2 tsp sweet wine (or grape juice) Happy cooking! #MiChiMuKids #MiChiMuAtHome #MuseumAtHome #MiChiMu'
